R&D Grout Finish is a water-based, polymer-modified, penetrating stain and sealer that recolors and rejuvenates grout. R&D Grout Finish forms a protective barrier against organic food stains, grease, soil and other forms of foreign deposits.

• The surface must be clean, dry and free of any sealant, repellent, efflorescence, dirt, oil, wax or grease
• Apply using a roller or brush in one direction along vertical joints, then in one direction along horizontal joints
