Roberts - 8" Laminate and Vinyl Plank Cutter for Cross Cutting

The ROBERTS 8-inch laminate and vinyl cutter is a blunt-bladed tool designed for cutting laminate and vinyl flooring. Made of heavy-duty steel, this cutter is durable yet lightweight for quick transport from room to room. The zinc-plated carbon steel blade has a blunt, non-sharp cutting edge. It cuts with the pressure of a strong push of the handle. The cutter prevents the laminate from splitting, won't produce dust, and can be used safely indoors without compromising air quality. This saves installers the time they would otherwise spend walking outside for each cut. This cutter will efficiently cut laminate flooring up to 8" wide and 10 mm thick, and vinyl planks up to 8" wide and 4 mm thick. All cut edges must be placed against the wall and under a baseboard. The 8" long x 5.6 mm thick zinc-plated carbon steel blade features a blunt, non-sharp cutting edge that prevents laminate from splitting. A sturdy steel frame provides maximum stability. The 26" long handle and blade assembly includes a non-slip grooved grip for added comfort and superior leverage.
