Romus Type A cold welding liquid for watertight welding of tight seams in PVC floor and wall coverings. The patented needle applicator opens a fine channel in the seam and lets the liquid spread through the full section: the weld forms within the body of the PVC rather than on the surface, which is what makes the seam genuinely watertight.
