Rubi - Silver Cutting Wheel - 10 mm

SILVER scoring wheels and rollers are made of tungsten carbide. Each wheel is specifically designed so that each diameter has a specific cutting angle depending on its use. Each wheel diameter offers different results and yields, adapted to each material. To ensure the best possible results, it is recommended to score the material in a continuous motion without excessive pressure or multiple passes. Correctly adapting the wheel diameter to the type of material to be cut is essential to ensure optimal results. SILVER cutting wheels and rollers are suitable for cutting different materials: earthenware (BIII), stoneware (BIb - BIIa), porcelain stoneware (AIb - AII) and of course glazed stoneware (BIa), with low cutting difficulties. SILVER cutting wheels and rollers have been designed, mainly to work with ceramic materials that have glazed or natural surfaces with smooth and / or slightly rough finishes. The shanks of the SILVER cutting wheels have a triple groove geometry designed and patented by RUBI. This particularity ensures easy and quick installation on tile cutters. In addition, this geometry, exclusive to RUBI, ensures a firm fixation of the cutting wheel and a homogeneous and vibration-free scoring, thus forming the best possible combination to always obtain the best results. SILVER cutting wheels are available in several diameters, thus allowing their adaptation to the entire range of RUBI manual cutters. The 10mm wheels are compatible with the following ranges: TR-MAGNET, TS-MAX, SPEED-MAGNET, SPEED-N, FAST, STAR-MAX, STAR, POCKET and PRACTIC. The 12 mm cutting wheels (also called PLUS) are compatible with the TZ and TX-MAX tile cutter ranges.
