Schluter-DILEX-KSN includes trapezoid-shaped perforated anchoring legs made of stainless steel or aluminum, which are fixed in the mortar layer and provide protection for adjacent tiles. The profile separates the individual fields in the tile covering and allows for movement thanks to the 11 mm (7/16") wide flexible thermoplastic rubber movement zone, which also forms the visible surface. The thermoplastic rubber movement zone can be replaced if damaged. DILEX-KSN, with its stainless steel anchoring lugs, provides secure edge protection for surfaces exposed to heavy commercial traffic (e.g., warehouses, production facilities, or shopping centers).
