Preformed outside corner 90° for the Schluter JOLLY profile, in light anthracite textured color-coated aluminum, for 1/2" (12.5 mm) tile.

JOLLY is a 90° finishing and edge-protection profile for tiled wall surfaces. Its vertical wall section protects adjacent tile edges from chipping and provides a decorative finish. It also serves as trim for the top edge of a tiled wall, a backsplash or a bathtub surround.

Installation

The perforated anchoring leg is pressed into thin-set mortar and then troweled over; tiles are set so the surface is flush with the top of the profile, or up to 1/32" (1 mm) lower. For an outside corner, tile the first wall, then trowel mortar over the corner area before tiling the second. The corner piece is held by a connector pin: snap the pin into the corner piece first, then slide it into the profile channel.

The integrated joint spacer on each side of the profile forms a defined joint cavity between tile and profile, for a uniform grout joint of 1/16" to 1/8" (1.5 to 3 mm).
