The Schluter-BEKOTEC product family allows continuous lightweight modular screeds to be created without reinforcement or control joints, as well as radiant floor heating assemblies.

  • Produces permanent assemblies free of internal stress by confining shrinkage and curing forces to smaller modules
  • Controls deformations, such as warping and cracking, common in conventional screeds
  • Studded panels of expanded polystyrene with a thickness of 1 3/8" (35 mm)
  • U.S. Patent No. 6,094,878
