Description
The Sigma Series 4 tile cutter replaces its predecessor, the Series 3 Max, with a host of new features and benefits. One of its most impressive features is its pull-cutting capability, which makes cutting tiles faster and easier than ever before. The cutter features an ergonomic handle specifically designed for pull-cutting and a 12 mm cutting wheel that is always visible from the operator's side. The CNC-milled wheel holder and low-friction metal shell eliminate friction and lateral wear on the wheel, which is also available in a TIN-coated version. The Sigma Series 4 tile cutter can cut up to 17 mm of material with a wear-free sliding carriage, thanks to three double-row ball bearings that guarantee long-term precision. The automatic steel compensator adjusts the carriage preload on the rail, and the automatic system holds the handle upwards for easy tile insertion. The 100 mm wide ripping foot and interchangeable anti-marking guard protect the base from impacts during cutting, and the handle is mounted on the carriage with two ball bearings for maximum precision. With the guide bar pivoting up to 45 degrees in either direction, the Sigma Series 4 tile cutter is a versatile tool capable of handling any tile cutting project with ease.
