Product Information

The Sigma 115 mm (4-1/2 in.) turbo diamond blade is designed for fast tile cutting. It is the blade used by Sigma's angle-grinder tools for cutting and edge profiling: it comes fitted on the Jolly Edge and is one of the compatible blades for the J-Pro and the Kera-Flex.

  • Thin blade of 1.4 mm, for a narrow cut.
  • Wide range of materials: porcelain, glazed tile, Dekton, single-fired tile, terracotta, stone, granite, marble and concrete.
  • Standard arbor of 22.2 mm (7/8 in.).

Compatibility

  • Jolly Edge (edge profiling): original replacement blade, for materials 7 to 20 mm thick.
  • J-Pro (46° miter cutting): materials 7 to 20 mm thick.
  • Kera-Flex (saw cutting on the Kera-Cut guide): materials 5 to 20 mm thick.

For very clean miters on thinner tile, Sigma's 115 mm precision diamond blade is the option to consider.
