Product Information

SikaTop-123 PLUS is a high-performance, polymer-modified, fast-setting, non-slump, two-component cementitious mortar. It is specifically designed for the repair of vertical and overhead surfaces and offers the added benefit of Sika FerroGard-901, a migrating corrosion inhibitor.

  • High compressive and flexural strength
  • The bond strength ensures superior adhesion
  • Increased density: excellent resistance to carbon dioxide (carbonation) without impairing water vapor transmission (not a vapor barrier)
  • Enhanced with Sika FerroGard-901, a migrating corrosion inhibitor - reduces corrosion even in adjacent concrete
