Sikafloor-22 NA PurCem is a state-of-the-art, phthalate-free, waterborne, polyurethane/cement and aggregate-based self-leveling screed for intermediate applications. This screed is typically applied at thicknesses ranging from 4.5 to 6 mm (3/16 to 1/4 in). It is designed to provide excellent resistance to abrasion, impact, chemicals, and other physical stresses, including thermal shock, for which a specific application at 6 mm (1/4 in) thickness will be required. Aggregate can also be broadcast over the wet screed to create a slip-resistant surface. Sikafloor-22 NA PurCem represents the latest advances in polyurethane/cement screed technology, combining ease of application, bubble resistance, and improved performance.

• Can be applied over concrete poured 7 to 10 days previously, provided the concrete has undergone adequate preparation and the tensile strength is greater than 1.5 MPa (218 psi).
