Sikagard SN-40 Lo-VOC is a highly penetrating, transparent, silane-based water-repellent sealant. Using proven technology, the product has been specially formulated to comply with Volatile Organic Compound (VOC) legislation while providing protection against moisture penetration and aqueous salts in concrete and masonry structures.

  • Deep penetration protects against weathering, ultraviolet rays, and abrasion
  • Reduces water absorption for protection in areas prone to splashing and driving rain
  • Reduces the penetration of chloride ions and their harmful effects through its water-repellent action
