The Wedi Fundo Ligno shower tray (Wedi Zero Entry Shower Tray) is a curbless, 100% waterproof shower system that includes a shower tray with a predefined uniform slope. Unlike traditional shower elements, the Fundo Ligno shower tray (base) has been adapted to be integrated into a wooden floor without the need for height increases or time-consuming leveling measures, allowing it to blend seamlessly into its surroundings. The result is a step-free shower system that is both beautiful and functional. A key reason for this trend is easier and safer access to the shower for the elderly and/or those with physical disabilities. Fundo Ligno was designed to easily overcome the technical challenges of installing a step-free shower. The Wedi Fundo Ligno floor-mounted shower element is designed for use on wooden floors—its outer edges are only 20 mm high. These tileable floor units are not only highly practical and reliable, but they have also opened up a whole new world of design possibilities for wet rooms and bathrooms.
