The wedi® Glass Shelf installs in wedi® niches as an alternative to a tiled shelf. It is made entirely of tempered safety glass from low-iron clear glass — which is what gives it its clarity without the greenish cast of ordinary glass.
The front edge carries a pencil-polished finish, and its 3/8 in. thickness gives it the rigidity it needs without intermediate support. It lightens the niche visually where a tiled shelf adds one more grout line to maintain.
