HENRY® 440 is a latex-based, wet-set adhesive for installing rubber and vinyl cove base, residential and commercial. Its aggressive initial grab stops the base from slipping during installation — no open time, no holding it in place by hand.
It resists plasticiser migration, which is what prevents vinyl base from working loose over time. Cleans up with water and carries a zero VOC content.
The 1 gallon pail is trowel-applied rather than gunned. That is what changes the coverage: up to 240 linear feet of 4 in. base, against 50 ft. for a 30 oz cartridge.

Apply the adhesive to the base or to the wall, staying 1/8 in. away from the top and bottom to stop it oozing. Butt the joints neatly and roll with a hand roller.
