Premium adhesive for moisture control, soundproofing, and wood floors. Ultrabond ECO 995 is MAPEI's premium, 100% solids, one-component, moisture-curing urethane adhesive for all types of wood and bamboo floors. Ultrabond ECO 995 can be used in a single-coat application method that provides a superior bond with moisture vapor emission control on concrete slabs. Ultrabond ECO 995 also offers noise reduction properties, making it suitable for use in multi-unit housing projects. Suitable Substrates: Concrete at least 14 days old, installed according to ASTM F710 guidelines, cement terrazzo, exterior-grade plywood, and other approved wood substrates (as recommended by the wood flooring manufacturer). Note: Moisture barrier properties do not apply to installations over wood underlayments. Install using the traditional installation method described in the "Product Application" section below, existing ceramic tile provided glazed surfaces are abraded, cement-based self-leveling underlayments and patching compounds, MAPEI moisture barriers, primed gypsum underlayments that meet compressive strength requirements in accordance with ASTM F2419. Note: Moisture barrier properties do not apply to installations over gypsum underlayments.
