The biggest drawback in cutting ceramic tiles today is the difficulty of cutting high-hardness materials. The cutting difficulty of a material is determined by its hardness, thickness, surface finish, and also the internal constraints of each material. ENDURE cutting wheels are made of high-quality tungsten carbide. They guarantee precise and even scoring across the entire surface. Thanks to their specific design, ENDURE cutting wheels are ideal for making excellent cuts in high-hardness ceramic tiles, particularly for all ceramic materials with rough and/or structured surfaces (reliefs and textures). ENDURE cutting wheels last twice as long as those in the SILVER range under the same operating conditions. The ENDURE cutting wheel shanks, with a triple groove (designed and patented by RUBI), guarantee quick and easy installation in the tile cutter. Likewise, this geometry, exclusive to RUBI, ensures a firm fixation of the wheel and a homogeneous and vibration-free scratch. ENDURE wheels are compatible with all ranges of RUBI manual cutters. The 10 mm diameter wheel can be used with the following ranges: TS-MAX, TR-MAGNET, SPEED-MAGNET, STAR, etc. and the 12 mm diameter wheel is recommended for the higher ranges (TZ and TX-MAX).
