Rubi - 1/4" and 3/8" Cutting Wheel Kit

RUBI offers professionals several versions, ranging from the grooving wheel kit to a simple pair of must-have grooving wheel kits. The scoring kit comes in a practical plastic case with a transparent lid and capacity for 5 RUBI scoring wheels (all with a 10 mm diameter gauge). This kit allows users to store and protect their scoring wheels, as well as transport them with maximum safety, preventing damage and loss. RUBI scoring wheel sets are available in several options, all covering the most sold and widely used models on the market. All grooving wheel models included, both in the kit and in the scoring kits, belong to the SILVER range. RUBI SILVER wheels and rollers are made of sintered tungsten carbide. Each roller is individually ground so that each diameter has a different scoring angle depending on its function and use. Each roller diameter offers different results and performance, depending on the type of ceramic material. They are designed primarily for working with ceramic materials with glazed or natural surfaces with smooth and/or slightly rough finishes. For the SILVER wheels and rollers to work properly, scraping must always be continuous and even, without excessive pressure or unnecessary passes. RUBI SILVER wheels and rollers are suitable for scraping and subsequent separation of all types of ceramic tiles: ceramic tiles (BIII), glazed stoneware (BIb - BIIa), rustic or extruded stoneware (AIb - AII), and, of course, porcelain stoneware (BIa) with low to medium cutting difficulties. The triple-ribbed handle of RUBI's cutting wheels is an exclusive and patented design.
