Rubi - Plus Gold Cutting Wheel - 10 mm

Not all ceramic materials are the same. It is for this reason that RUBI offers different ranges of wheels which adapt to each type of material. RUBI manufactures these tungsten carbide knurls and casters, whose main characteristic is its high resistance to wear and friction. Most ceramic materials used are often glazed stoneware with smooth finishes and minimal roughness. With the appearance of non-slip materials or stoneware (particularly suitable for outdoors), the roughness of ceramics has been increased. To meet this need, RUBI has designed the GOLD wheel range. There are several diameters of GOLD wheels. They offer different results and different yields depending on the type of material on which they are used. The GOLD range is recommended for scratching stoneware (BIIa / BIb), porcelain stoneware (AIIa / AIb) and glazed stoneware (BIa) with smooth and/or slightly rough finishes. GOLD wheels are made of high quality tungsten carbide and have a titanium coating. Thanks to this treatment, GOLD knobs offer a longer lifespan than the SILVER range. Under the same conditions of use, the lifespan of GOLD knobs is up to 2 times longer than the lifespan of SILVER knobs. The stems of the GOLD wheels, with triple grooves (designed and patented by RUBI), guarantee easy and quick installation in the tile cutter. In addition, this geometry, exclusive to RUBI, ensures firm fixation of the wheel and a homogeneous, vibration-free scratch, thus forming the best possible combination to always obtain the best results.
