Product Information

The RUBI range of diamond grinding blocks is ideal for roughing and polishing edges, cuts, and surfaces in natural stone and ceramic tiles. RUBI diamond grinding blocks are semi-flexible, and their EVA rubber body adapts perfectly to the user's hand. The attachment area has a side slot that increases the block's ergonomics and reduces hand fatigue during use. The diamond grinding blocks are designed for manual work in areas that are difficult to access with power tools, such as interior corners, hollow areas, or corners, and for roughing and smoothing chipped or sharp edges. To achieve good results, the type of material and its condition must be taken into account. RUBI diamond grinding blocks can be used dry, but wet use is recommended, either by moistening the block or providing a continuous cooling source. The RUBI range of diamond pads comes in different grits to accommodate various polishing and finishing tasks. It is very important that when sanding, a gradual degradation is achieved, using the different grits successively, from the coarsest grit to the smallest. When roughing and/or smoothing edges, the pad should always move from the top (most visible) to the bottom. This will reduce the risk of chipping or damaging the material. The functions of the different grits are: #60, #120, and #200 for roughing. #400 for polishing. For a better finish, apply more force with the coarser grits. The diamond plate dimensions of the diamond polishing pads are 55 x 90 mm. The diamond pad dimensions are 58 x 94 x 30 mm.
