Rubi - G3 Manual Push Tile Cutter

Description

The SLAB CUTTER G3 system allows for precise cuts in large-format porcelain tiles. Its new G3 guides are made of red aluminum, reducing the weight of the entire tool. Its exclusive design prevents the carriage from inadvertently slipping out of the G3 guides and improves the attachment system between them. It now features a new quick-release system. Each SLAB CUTTER includes 3 red G3 guides that allow cuts to be made in pieces up to 126" (10.4 ft). This capacity can be increased in sections of 3.6 feet for each incorporated guide. (Attention, these guides are not compatible with the RUBI TC-125 electric saw). Each guide incorporates two suction cups to fix it to the tiles. These suction cups have a new "non-marking" rubber base that allows working on light-colored materials without the risk of staining them. The scraping carriage is lightweight because it is made of aluminum and exerts greater marking power. Its movement in the guides is smooth and precise thanks to its three horizontal bearings. The "soft-grip" handle offers ergonomics and comfort to the user. The new SLAB CUTTER G3 carriage is equipped with a 7/8"" inch EXTREME scoring wheel that allows working on materials with a rough and structured surface and smooth or polished. In addition to the three guides and the carriage, each SLAB cutter includes a SLAB clamp capable of separating materials up to 10 mm thick. The SLAB clamp has dual functionality: a clamp for materials up to 0.23" (6 mm) thick and a screw clamp for materials up to 0.39" (10 mm). The design and dual function of the SLAB clamp allow for separation with minimal user effort. To complete the equipment and facilitate its transport and storage, the SLAB CUTTER G3 includes a practical reinforced textile bag equipped with internal compartments to store and secure all components of the SLAB CUTTER G3.
