In addition, the TR-MAGNETs stand out for the system with which the separator assembly is equipped, which allows the operator to work with one hand. The MAGNET system locks the separator, facilitating simpler tracing of the ceramic tile with greater visibility. In addition, by simply moving the lever upwards, we raise the separator which will allow us to apply 800 kg of maximum power and obtain clean and precise cuts. All models in the TR-MAGNET range of manual cutters feature a rotating square for quick and accurate measurement of angular cuts over a range from -45° to 0° to 45°. The square is complemented by a technical plastic side stop that allows the pieces to be fixed during repetitive cuts. RUBI's TR-MAGNET manual cutters feature a highly resistant aluminum base with a double-layer system with a cushioning effect, and side supports for large-format tiles. TR-MAGNET manual cutters are equipped with chrome-plated, ground and calibrated steel guides with an anti-corrosion treatment. This double guide system offers the user greater visibility of the marking line, thus achieving high precision in each cut. The possibility of using the complete range of interchangeable RUBI cutting wheels from 6 to 22 mm allows the TR-MAGNET manual cutters to be adapted to each ceramic material and to obtain optimal cutting performance and quality. The TR-MAGNET manual cutters include, as standard, two cutting wheels: one of 6 mm for cutting ceramic tiles and one of 10 mm for glazed stoneware. Finally, one of the most distinctive and specific aspects of RUBI manual cutters should be noted: the transport case with reinforced closures and hinges, to protect and facilitate the mobility of our TR-MAGNET manual cutters.
