The DRYGRES 4DRILL MINI KIT is recommended for drilling all types of ceramic tiles, especially porcelain stoneware, and other tile materials such as marble and granite. In the DRYGRES 4DRILL range of drills, RUBI has used VACUUM BRAZED technology, which increases resistance to temperature and friction, to fix the diamond particles to the cutting area. The DRYGRES 4DRILL MINI KIT contains four drill bits with diameters of Ø 6, 8, 10, and 12 mm, ideal for installing bathroom accessories or any type of decorative accessory on ceramic surfaces. The drill bits in the MINI DRYGRES 4DRILL KIT are designed for use exclusively with a cordless drill or electric drill. Their hexagonal connection allows them to quickly adapt to drills with a 13 mm chuck. The drilling depth of the DRYGRES 4DRILL bits is 36 mm for the 6, 8, and 10 mm diameter bits, and 40 mm for the 12 mm diameter bit. All bits in the DRYGRES 4DRILL MINI KIT contain wax. This wax melts during use and facilitates cooling and the removal of drilling residue. (If the wax runs out, the drill can continue to operate.) Only the complete loss of the diamond indicates the end of the drill's life. As this is dry cutting, for proper cooling of the drill bit, it is necessary to perform a slight and constant orbital motion while drilling, as well as to remove any remaining material between drill holes. RUBI's DRYGRES 4DRILL drill bits feature a system that prevents the loss of this wax from the back of the drill bit, thus concentrating the wax always on the tip and ensuring lubrication during drilling. The minimum recommended operating speed for DRYGRES 4DRILL diamond drill bits is 1000 rpm. For a better finish and longer drill bit life, it is important to maintain the correct rotation speed and perform a slight orbital motion while drilling, as well as ensure that there are no remaining drilled material inside the drill bit once the hole is finished.
