The QUAKE ENERGY CAS is a lightweight and compact vibrator, specially designed to prevent the generation of air bubbles trapped between the substrate and the ceramic tile. This facilitates the wetting and adhesion of the ceramic adhesive. It is ideal for vertical substrates and work at height thanks to its low weight (3.6 kg, including battery) and the ability to work cordlessly. The QUAKE ENERGY CAS vibrator, from RUBI Tools, features a dual-material handle that provides greater ergonomics and comfort for the user. The geometry and layout of the QUAKE ENERGY CAS's dual handle facilitate control and stability while vibrating the ceramic tile. The vibration frequency of the QUAKE ENERGY CAS ranges from 0 to 10,000 rpm, easily adjustable using the progressive trigger. The ON/OFF switch is a separate button to prevent accidental start-ups. The vibrator is also equipped with a front LED to illuminate the work area and improve operator visibility if necessary. The QUAKE ENERGY CAS suction cup is mechanically activated using the lever located at the top of the tool. The maximum load capacity of this suction cup is 50 kg, and its use as a suction cup is exclusively for smooth surfaces. The combination of the suction cup and vibrator allows for work on specific points and situations, such as slightly raising a tile that has sunk too low by vibrating it, and which needs to be repositioned. The QUAKE ENERGY CAS is powered by an 18V 2Ah Li-HD* battery (compatible with 18V batteries from the METABO CAS platform). The QUAKE ENERGY CAS battery features an LED display that shows the user the remaining charge level. If the display shows four green LEDs, the battery is at more than 80% capacity. If the display shows only one LED, the battery capacity has fallen below 20% and needs to be recharged. The battery life, at 100%, is approximately 60 minutes of continuous use. Includes a carrying case and an SC-30 charger, compatible with the entire range of ENERGY CAS batteries (12V - 18V).
