Description

The FORAGRES kit is perfect for drilling holes in ceramic tiles during installation and allows professional ceramic tile installers to achieve the best results for their finishes. FORAGRES diamond drill bits are ideal for drilling stoneware and porcelain tiles, as well as granite and marble pieces. The FORAGRES kit includes: a MULTIDRILL guide, a 1.2-liter water tank with a manual pressure pump, 2 meters of hose, 6 diamond drill bits (20, 28, 35, 43, 50, 68 mm), and a practical case. The diamond band on FORAGRES drill bits is sintered and laser-welded to the drill bit body. FORAGRES diamond drill bits must ALWAYS be used with water cooling and with a non-percussion electric drill. The MULTIDRILL centering guide (ref. 50944) is recommended for centering holes up to 83 mm in diameter. For holes with diameters greater than 84 mm, the FORAGRES guide (ref. 50900) is recommended. The average life of FORARES diamond drill bits is 60 holes and ALWAYS depends on the type of material, its thickness, as well as its proper cooling and use. The drilling depth of FORAGRES diamond drill bits is 30 mm (33 mm for diameters of 55 and 75 mm). Before drilling again, ensure that the drill bit is clean and free of any obstructions or residual material. The maximum operating speed of FORAGRES diamond drill bits is 900 rpm, except for diameters of 100 and 120 mm, for which the maximum operating speed is 450 rpm. To obtain a better finish and a longer drill bit life, it is important to maintain the correct rotation speed and apply moderate pressure during drilling.
