Description

The SLAB TRANS HEAVY DUTY carrier is specially designed for handling large-format ceramic tiles and slabs up to 320 cm long. The SLAB TRANS HEAVY DUTY can be used in conjunction with the SLIM CUTTER and TC-125 cutting systems. It consists of a set of two reinforced, retractable, and adjustable extruded aluminum profiles from 165 to 320 cm, and two perpendicular crosspieces that enhance the strength and stability of the system, especially when handling heavier pieces. Thanks to the six suction cups, the installer can adjust the attachment points, ensuring proper handling of porcelain tiles. For proper attachment of the system, ensure that the tile surface is clean and free of dust or debris. The set includes four handles (two per guide) that can be adjusted and positioned along the entire length of the guide, facilitating and adapting the SLAB TRANS HEAVY DUTY at any time and in any format. The SLAB TRANS HEAVY DUTY transporter was designed primarily for handling ceramic slabs with a thickness of 6 mm or greater. These materials also present a challenge in terms of volume (surface area) and are very heavy, compared to the 3 or 5 mm slabs we were previously accustomed to. The design of the SLAB TRANS HEAVY DUTY's aluminum profiles offers a maximum load capacity of 140 kg. It is important to note that this load capacity is total and cannot be exceeded under any circumstances. When talking about such high weights, and always keeping in mind that the weight of the transporter itself must be added to the handling, it is important to consider not exceeding the maximum single-person load. So, in some cases, it will take 3 or 4 workers to handle safely.
