Product Information

RUBI polishing discs are specially designed for working on wet surfaces, natural stone, particularly granite and marble, as well as mature concrete. Our polishing discs offer construction professionals excellent finishes on any flat surface and are ideal for creating bevels on marble, granite, other natural stone, and mature concrete. RUBI's range of wet polishing discs is available in different grits: 50, 100, 200, 400, 800, 1500, and 3000. All are identified and color-coded for quick and easy identification. The 50 and 100 grit polishing discs are for initial work when a larger grit is required, and their maximum working speed should not exceed 2,000 rpm. The 200, 400, and 800 grit polishing discs are for medium-duty grinding work, and their maximum working speed is 5,000 rpm. The 1500 and 3000 grit polishing discs are the finest and recommended for finishing polishing work. Their maximum working speed should not exceed 5,000 rpm. Finally, to complete the range of polishing discs, RUBI includes its buffing disc (BUFF), essential for finishing polishing work on natural stone and mature concrete. The maximum working speed of this disc is 3500 rpm. In addition, as part of the strategy, RUBI is constantly researching the evolution of materials and based on the requirements received by the main ceramic tile manufacturers worldwide, among the approximately 30,000 RUBI distributors and the more than 40,000 end users registered in the RUBI Club. Thanks to all this, the RUBI cleaning, protection and maintenance range is unique in the market because it offers a complete solution to the user, as it has products for all phases of the treatment, in addition to the necessary tools for their correct application.
