The 48 in. wedi® Shower Bench Kit brings together the pre-cut elements of a full-width bench, ready to assemble and tile. Every component is wedi® panel — closed-cell extruded polystyrene core, cement-resin coating and mesh on both faces — so all of them are waterproof throughout.
The value of the kit is site time: the cuts are done, the proportions are right, and the bench goes up watertight in a single operation. An equivalent bench built from panels means measuring, cutting and fitting every element.

INSTALLATION
Assemble the components per wedi® instructions, then seal every assembly joint and fastener point with wedi® Joint Sealant. That sealing is what makes the bench watertight — the panels are waterproof individually, the assembly only once the joints are treated. Tiling can begin as soon as the sealant is dry to the touch.
